How to request removal of an image you hold the rights to.

Our position
We will remove any listing on a valid request. We do not require you to prove your claim in court before we act: if you tell us you hold the rights and identify the material clearly, we will take the listing down.
How to submit a notice
Send an email to contact@freepng.pictures with the subject line “Takedown request”, including:
- The exact URLs on freepng.pictures you want removed, one per line. A search term or a description of the image is not enough for us to act on.
- Identification of the work you hold rights to, and where the original can be seen if it is published elsewhere.
- Your contact details: full name and, if you are acting for a company, the company name. An email address is all we need to reach you back.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your signature, typed is fine.
We handle every notice by email. We do not operate a postal address, and a notice does not need one to be valid here.
What happens next
We acknowledge every notice by email, usually within a few working days, and remove valid listings at the next site rebuild, which happens on demand. You will get a confirmation once the entry is gone.
Counter-notice
If your image was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us at the address above with the removed URLs and an explanation of why you are entitled to publish the material. We will review it and restore the listing if the objection holds.
Abuse of this process
Submitting a knowingly false claim of infringement carries legal consequences in most jurisdictions. Please only use this process for material you genuinely hold rights to.
